Began testing aptitudes when working as a headhunter in Fort Worth, Texas 1971.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
IDAK has developed a proprietary inventory of 54 natural talents defined as innate, one's "hard wiring". Three doctoral dissertations have assessed IDAK's talent list and testing exercises. We offer any one of three assessment procedures: on-line, exercise booklet and client interview to assess talents. We have a working knowledge of over 90,000 career/occupations so as to customize our aptitude screening process.

We have over 600 professionals throughout the US and Canada who use our aptitude testing products. These are independent practitioners who have received training from our office.
