If I could give it 0 stars I would... I dropped my dress of on June 26th they said it would be ready July 8th... It wasn't ok so an extra day or so that's fine but no it's the 15th and I just got it back today. They did a very poor job my dress still has dirt on it from the wedding venue and they put my bra and slip in the box with the dress so I had to open it to get them out what is the point of the box if I had to open it???? They still charged me $150 for this BS. I will never go here again or refer anyone. If you need something cleaned I highly suggest going anywhere but here.
