Over 30 years in the Portland Metro Area.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a multi-line independent insurance agency. We can provide most every product with the word "insurance" in it for both commercial and personal needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father started the business back in 1975 and we have grown from 1 person to over 16.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
By focusing on the customer. We are a service business so our entire business model revolves around the customer and what they need. By being the best business partner possible for our clients we know they will have the best information possible and we will succeed with them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location but could expand within the next few years.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are in the 9755 building in the Peterkort Center which is adjacent to St Vincents Hospital on Barnes Rd. We are right at the north side of the intersection of Hwy26 and Hwy217.
What type of payments do you accept?
We do direct billing from the carriers which varies by product. We also accept check and credit card payments.
Which areas do you service?
We are currently licensed in the following states: OR, WA, ID, CA, AZ, NV, HI, and we can service most all of the 50 states through brokerage arrangements.
